Acts chosen for stage war
THE votes are in and the finalists in the 2008 Evening News Battle of the Bands competition have been chosen.
The bands will fight it out in the final at the Picture House next Saturday, with judges on the night including former Simple Minds manager Bruce Findlay.
Among the lucky bands are Underbelly, who won 17 per cent of the popular vote.
