70% say devolution is good for Scotland
SOME 70 per cent of Britons believe devolution has been good for Scotland, a new poll suggested yesterday.
The survey was carried out in England, Wales and Scotland to mark the tenth anniversary of elections to the Scottish Parliament. It showed 31 per cent of people in England and Wales believed Scotland received too much money from the UK, compared with 3 per cent in Scotland.
