3 teenagers in hospital after collision with car in Dundee

THREE 15-year-old boys have been injured after being hit by a small car, police said.

The pedestrians were in Princes Street in Dundee at its junction with Blackscroft when they were struck by a white Kia Picanto around 9.20pm on Tuesday.

Two of the youths were taken to Ninewells hospital where they were being kept overnight for observation while the third was “not seriously injured” and returned home.

The 47-year-old male driver of the Kia was not injured.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
