What do you call this central shopping centre?

THIS WEEK the EdinburghSketcher captures the Princes Mall, a shopping centre situated above the Waverley train station. The sketch appeared as last weeks WhereArtI quiz, minus the giveaway sign on the front and it turns out to many the centre will always be known as the Waverley Market...
