£95,000 TV winner on benefit fraud rap

A MOTHER-of-two who won £95,000 on Channel 4 game show Deal Or No Deal has been charged with benefit fraud.

Zimbabwe-born Caroline Banana, 40, who appeared on the show in November 2011, is accused of failing to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of her huge win, while continuing to claim £5,000 in benefits.
