Titanic ticket sales reach 80,000

THE world’s largest Titanic attraction has sold 80,000 tickets ahead of its opening in a fortnight’s time.

The £90 million Titanic Belfast has been created in the derelict shipyard where the liner was built 100 years ago, before striking an iceberg and sinking on its maiden voyage. Operators of the attractions said they were delighted with the level of interest.
