1 Who would be your ideal weekend companion and why? My fiancée, Sarah and my son, Emerick, nine, from a previous relationship.
2 Where would you take them in Edinburgh? My son and I are BMX fans. I still practise a lot so we do spend quite some time in Transgression Park.
3 Where would you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Breakfast is not for me. Lunch would be in Montpelliers in Bruntsfield and dinner would be a barbecue at home in our garden with friends and family, or simply on our own with a good bottle of wine.
4 What one item could you not be without? My global palette knife. I’ve always had it in my pocket for the past 15 years. Weird.
5 How would your perfect weekend finish? Watching a good movie, cuddling with my future wife, a good bottle of Cotes Du Rhone, and planning the week ahead. Either that or winning the lottery . . .
