The winner of TV talent show The Voice has told how she found it difficult to deal with public recognition after her triumph.
Leanne Mitchell, 29, said she hid herself in the studio in the wake of last year’s BBC1 contest. The singer, who will soon release her debut album, said she had not been seeking “fame” when she entered the show.
