Florence and Noel booked to perform at T in the Park
Florence + the Machine and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have been booked to play this year’s T in the Park.
The Vaccines, The Maccabees, Two Door Cinema Club and Frank Turner are also part of the line-up. Festival organisers previously announced that The Stone Roses were headline the event at Balado near Kinross in Perthshire this summer.
Other acts announced yesterday were Miles Kane, The Horrors and Maverick Sabre. Florence + the Machine first played T in the Park that year.
Noel Gallagher played at the very first T in the Park with Oasis in 1994 and headlined the main stage in 2002.
He now returns with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. Festival organisers DF Concerts and founding partner Tennent’s Lager will unveil the other two main-stage headline acts on Thursday, along with more of the line-up.
