Pictured in 1899, the old Caledonian railway station at the West end of Princes Street
Built in the early 1890s, the station served the West End of Princes Street until it was closed in 1965, and demolished completely in 1970.
The site is now home to the Caledonian Hotel, with the Western Approach Road nearby.
