Have your say

What’s the last piece of clothing you bought? Two pairs of dungarees for my little twin boys.

Best ever bargain? My Hervé Léger dress. My friend, who works in manufacturing, managed to get me a press sample.

Who has great style? My favourite ladies of style are Debbie Harry, Alabama Worley (a character in True Romance), Alexandra Spencer (a fashion blogger) and Anna Dello Russo.

Name your favourite high street shop. Zara.

What are you addicted to buying? Shoes and boots.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

My gran was an amazing dressmaker and she always used to handknit me and my sisters jumpers when we were little girls. We all had a different coloured version, which we wore with matching slouch socks, Reebok pumps and leggings. So cool!

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe? The Jeremy Scott Guitar dress he gave me as a gift when I interned for him in 2007. If I could, I would wear it all the time, and it’s limited-edition so I’m really lucky to own one.

Scanlan, the Scottish Fashion Awards’ Scottish Young Designer of the Year, will launch her new diffusion line, HS, at the McManus Art Gallery and Museum in Dundee ( today.
