Security changes to Evening News website

SECURITY has been improved on the Evening News' website to help prevent rogue users making inappropriate or abusive comments.
An email verification stage has been added to the sign up procedure for those wanting to post comments on edinburghnews.com.

This should not take up much time and will only affect existing users if they opt to change their email address.
