Lyndsay Moss - Let's face it, this bigfat problem won't be solved by little steps
ENCOURAGING people to take more exercise is not an easy task. You will probably have seen adverts on television recently urging us to take little steps to improve our health and fitness.
Why not climb the stairs instead of the lift? How about walking to work instead of getting the bus, or eating a bit of fruit instead of a biscuit? All admirable stuff.
