I've been an Unlimited Card holder for over ten years now and have to say that it's great value for money for someone who goes to the cinema a lot. Usual complaints about the over-priced food and the inconsistent application of the "large bags" policy. Seems if you're a woman with one of those oversized holdall things that pass for a handbag these days, it's perfectly acceptable to take it to the cinema with you. Try being a guy with a small back pack and you're treated like the uni bomber!
More recently, they've taken to opening the ticket counter only at "peak" times, forcing you to buy tickets at the food counter. Smacks of a money grabbing policy, trying to get you to impulse buy the aforementioned expensive food and drinks. And as someone who rarely succumbs, I resent having to queue (as you invariably have to do) way longer than I would otherwise to get ticket. Would be nice if they could reinstate the Unlimited Card Holder line again.
In general, the cinema is modern, shows a good range of movies, has the only IMAX screen in the city and seats are comfy.

Quick any easy, massive screens and great choice of food. Kids love it.

Good cinema, loads of screens. Not a fan of screen 1 myself, it is wide and curved. The bar is quite limited and not always open. The food is typical for a cinema, but again quite pricey. The seats are good.

Nice cinema for cinemaniacs like me. Not bad with the seats. The popcorn, drinks and all are pure extortion but how will you survive watching a movie without these??? Free parking makes it really good. I just wish the staff will make themselves visible when there are chavs going from one cinema to another and making a hell of a lot of noise. It seems like when the movie starts, the staff do their disappearing acts, too.

I really dont like Cineworld at all its a cinema with an attitude problem! Ok so it does show a wide range of film and sometimes has films you cant see anywhere else, as well as Bollywood films which I have an absolute addiction to!
They do have a lot of cinemas and they have that nice bar seating area upstairs, but the staff are always so miserable why is that!!!!! Ok it would be crap working in a cinema but wouldnt you get free movies, so there is an upside?
Weve been there for free film previews and they wouldnt let my friend in without id to say she was who her name was on the ticket even though every other cinema weve been to in Edinburgh for these things has! Also a friend of mine had a student card and because it had no expiry date they wouldnt accept it.
Ok I know they are pretty dodgy reasons, but they werent even nice about it they were just so angry and unwilling to budge... Cinema with an attitude problem! Im only giving it 2 stars for its willingness to show Bollywood

I'm a big fan of this cinema, even more so that my local one is a view. You can buy monthly passes which will save you heaps if you're a regular cinema-goer. You can also park in their carpark for free ( I was cahrged £5 for parking at the vue at the omni- I was not chuffed!).
They sell the usual slightly over-priced snacks and the screens are of the top quality you would expect.

Also unlimited card clubber, cineworld is comparatively small cinema, only 12 screens, but it shows all of the newest and popular film names on the market. Besides, it is a part of Fountainbridge complex which offers not only free parking but also Virgin active gym, a couple of restaurants, the Ten pin- bowling and pool area. A great place for fun and relaxation with your family or friends.

The Cineworld Unlimited card is a God send. It is the only reason I visit this cinema as it is a good half hour walk from my flat in Edinburgh. If it didn't have this offer I'd be going to the Vue Cinema ten minutes away. This cinema is rather pricey without an unlimited card but with on it is more than worth it. It is a large multiplex that plays more popular, mainstream films. It has a large range of screen room sizes from rather giant ones to more cosy small rooms. You can see most of the latest releases here, including 3D films.
The staff seem pretty friendly, greeting you with a smile.
The greatest downfall of this cinema is probably one that faces most cinemas - the over-priced food. However, I could forgive them if the food was good. For one, I wish they would sort out their nachos... '
Dear Cineworld, your nachos are more like cheap doritos with a cheese sauce side that tastes like feet. Sort it out.'
I will continue to sneak my own food into the cinema anyway.
Otherwise, I am a rather satisfied cineworld customer.
