Initially chose this company because of good reviews, what a mistake. Phoned them at 1.30pm on a Friday after coming home to find my bathroom floor flooded from the toilet leaking. No reply so left a message. Fortunately managed to turn off the water supply to the toilet myself. Phoned back at 6pm in case I had not left my number clearly enough or something, still no reply, so left another message. It is now teatime on Monday and still this company have not returned my call. They claim to be 24 hour and EMERGENCY plumbers - not in my experience. Managed to find another plumber who came round 2 hours after I phoned.
If you can I suggest you find another plumber and don't waste your time waiting for this lot to contact you. Even if they couldn't do the work it would have been polite to at least call me back and tell me this and not leave me hanging on!!

I had a bad experience with this plumber last year.
I had a leak from a drainage pipe which was buried inside stonework / cement so difficult to get at.
The cause seemed to be a blockage further down the pipe which led to too much pressure in the water which built up with nowhere to go.
He came out first to have a look, and gave me a quote.
His next trip was to make the first repair (patching the leak), which failed - the pipe was still leaking.
When I told him this, he came back, rodded the pipe till it seemed clear, then patched the leak again.
However, this again didn't fix the problem.
I emailed him back to tell him this - and then - silence!
I tried phoning twice and emailing twice after this, but he had gone totally AWOL. I haven't heard a peep since.
I suppose he must have thought that this job was too difficult, and not worth spending any more time on - but it's hugely unprofessional to be uncontactable. Thankfully, I hadn't paid yet.
After all this, I called another plumber (First Call), who came out and recognised immediately that the blockage needed specialist equipment - he called out another plumber who had some hi-tech air blasting equipment, and this fixed the issue within half an hour.
The combined fee for the successful repair was less than the quote from 'Low Cost'!

Exactly what I’d hoped for. Punctual, professional, competent, honest. Even took extra time to look at a separate problem.
Offered not to cash the cheque for half a week just in case the leak reoccurred.
I’m, very pleased with their work and would happily call them out again (indeed I intend to for the separate problem).

Would like to thank the plumbers whom came to my rescue last night.
After a great night out we came home to my neighbour below getting a slow stream of water coming through his kitchen roof.
Plumber arrived whitin an hour and after short time found the leak at the rear of washing machine. 20 minutes later all was fixed.

Same day service, with no emergency rates or call out charges. Just a overflowing tank in attic. Stripped down, cleaned out and new washer.
All for under £60 including discount of 10%.
Highly recommend.

Just re-employed this company (firstly ignoring the bad/bizare reviews,hey
10% off up for grabs).
Found fast service, excellent tradespersons.
Started job after materials arrived and not when i wanted to start. Very good advice becuase suite was ten days late.
Outside tiler used (not Qype) but from low cost plumber group of contacts.
Daily up dates on progress (was away on holiday for last week of works).
Came back to a spotless house and a perfect un suite bathroom.
Main bathroom next.
Cannot recommend this company any higher.

Excellent service. Came earlier (!) than agreed, fixed problems (leaking taps, changing kitchen faucet), worked quickly, ultra polite and friendly, and very reasonable price too! Recommended.

Called to have a problem with the toilet fixed. He gave me a reasonable quote, and came by within a couple of days.
Even though it took longer to fix than expected, and he found a minor leak that they also fixed, he kept to the promised quote. He did an excellent job, as it works better than it ever did.
