Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Bought a pushchair which turned out to be faulty, they returned to manufacturer despite the fact id bought it 12 days previous and when the manufacturer returned it confirming it was faulty they refused to refund or replace on the grounds there was a mark on the hood. Id never reccommend to anyone

I have just bought an oyster pram and stroller set from the Leith Pram Centre today and was very impressed with the service.
We first went there as we would prefer to support local stores rather than just big companies. But we were very impressed with the price of the pram we purchased, especially as the system worked out nearly 10% cheaper compared to the price advertised in mothercare.
The staff were very helpful and not too pushy, and were happy to give me brochures and demonstrate all the features of the pram with lots of local knowledge which was a great thing to have as the buses around Edinburgh let you take prams and buggies on but only if they can fold down if needed. They were very good at putting up with my wants such as needing it to fit in my small Clio or wanting a pretty colour.
There were quite a few car seats the we could chose from and the staff gave me lots of demonstations at how these fits, including going out to the car to see if one will fit into my car which was excellent.
I would very much recomend this shop, and judging by the number of people also in the store on a Saturday afternoon so would many other people. THe range, prices and staff are second to none for prams and buggies and would tell any of my friends to go there too.
I wholeheartedly give this a 5/5 rating.

A good spot to start when looking for a pram or stroller - especially if you're like me and know absolutely nothing at all and are quite daunted by it all. They do have a good range and their staff are really quite helpful and not pushy at all. Fab range of all different types of prams and strollers and the prices arent too bad either.
They also have a limited range of accesories and some really lovely cribs and moses baskets. The staff give you the impression that they actually know what they are talking about as well and that its not just a Saturday job for them and give really good service to the point where the girl helping us tried to talk us out of the most expensive basket - which is good they often try to sell you extras. Impressed.
