Murrayfield Indoor Sports Club,great lanes for 10 pin or a rather odd game(skittles)from 50p per game off peak.Nice bar area,very friendly staff and members.
Worth a visit.
Members club but visitors and new members always welcome.Open day 12th May come along and have a look

I’ve used this place for a few years. Usually skittles bookings through work. Colleagues can’t believe the cheap drink prices and the size of the BIG screen. Ten-pin is also available.

Murrayfield Indoor Sports Club is a fab little tenpin bowling club in Roseburn Street. It is a members club with a club priced bar, Tenpin, Skittles, Snooke, Pool and a huge HD screen showing most live sport. Well worth a visit as they are always looking for new members.

I was at a night out in this club 23rd March 2012. We played 10 pin bowling and american pool a great venue for a night out with friends. Bar prices are cheap served by a friendly staff. Definitely will be going back here.

This club is one of Edinburgh’s hidden gems with cheap ten-pin and cheap beer, as well as pool, snooker, darts and double-handed skittles. It also has a large screen projection TV which shows all the major sporting events in HD. It is a members only club (I’ve been a member for coming on to three years) which has ten-pin and skittles leagues but it can also be hired for private parties if you just fancy a fun night out with a group of friends. The ten-pin lanes are competition standard and well looked after. Overall, an excellent venue.

The Murrayfield Bowling club is hidden away in Roseburn opposite the primary school. The club is a private members club, although members can sign in guests. There are about 6 lanes and 4 skittles lanes. There are also 2 snooker and 2 pool tables, a dart board and 2 bars. The club also has a projector for live sporting events. Overall the place could do with a bit of modernisation but it is pretty well priced for drinks and the bowling is quite cheap too. One downside is that there is next to no provision for food. There is also a family room that can be booked out for private parties.

A private tenpin bowling club with 6 lanes as well as 4 skittle alleys, 2 snooker tables, pool tables, and a reasonably priced bar doing a good selection of beers and wines and a limited amount of food. Available to private parties for bookings at much cheaper ratings than Megabowl type places. Just the best place for anyone serious about tenpin bowling and fed up of background strobe lighting and noisy machines!
