The room was huge but had no furniture, no bath, loud banging water pipes, half the hangers missing, two of the thinnest pillows I've ever seen and a bright street light shining in the window!!! That was the first night but it just got worse. Tried to use the shower only to discover the shower head was far to low and not adjustable, but even worse the shower head was broken and unusable! The icing on the cake however was the drunk who tried to get into our room at 4:00am after presumably locking himself out of his own room and failing to get into ours deciding to sleep on the floor outside! After getting dressed and moving him on it would be fair to say this was not a great nights sleep!!!
