These guys are fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and they really help to motivate myself and my three kids to do our best. We’ve only been part of the club for a little while but already feel right at home. Master Don and his team are brilliant and thankfully extremely patient with beginners. I’ve already reccommended the club to some friends and hope that they enjoy it as much as we do.

Teaches a wide variety of punches, kicks, throws and control techniques as well as traditional forms, a bit of light-contact sparring and some weapons use at the higher levels. The hall is equipped with high-quality mats and the changing rooms have just been refurbished. The instructors know their stuff so that everyone is pushed to their own limit but not too hard, all the students (a good mix of male and female, all levels of ability) are friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. Many martial arts have this (maybe not the variety), but one thing that makes Kuk Sool Won stand out is the quality of its syllabus with every technique fully illustrated and described. Good for fitness, self-discipline, flexibility and confidence! Classes 4 times a week, also gradings, seminars and tournaments. Perhaps one slight problem is, the classes are so popular it can get a bit crowded!

Myself and my seven year old daughter have been going to Kuk Sool won for a little over a month and after every class we can’t wait for the next. Don is an excellent instructor and motivator as are his team of instructors . Everyone that attends class are really friendly which gives it that family feeling. Would recommend to anyone of any age to come along.you are guaranteed to leave class with a smile and feel better about yourself.

amazing family martial art with a great friendly atmosphere would recommend to anyone of any age. Learn as a family or an individual . instructors are some of the best i have ever come across so welcoming great fun and ive lost over a stone in 2 months
