I ordered kathmandu chicken from here, opened the curry rather surprisingly was dressed very well. From my first dip to my very last lick with fruit rich peshwari nan, i should say it is one of the best curry i have tasted in a long time... Highly recomended. Will be back soon to try other dishes.

WORST TAKE AWAY EVER!!!
We have ordered food for over £30, as the reviews on "just-eat" suggested this was a good choice. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! They claim to be in top 10 in Edinburgh, however the food was average. The pakora ordered by my flatmate was way too soggy!!! We have waited longer than the expected time, but when I phoned the shop to ask about our food, a really impolite member of staff gave me an attitude. We received our food moments after the talk, however still reviewed on-line to share the experience and warn others. Day later I received a very rude, aggressive phone call from another person (probably somebody in charge), who shouted at me, did not allow me to speak and accused me of lying in my review! We will NEVER order from there again and I strongly advise you to think twice before doing so yourself.

I was craving a good, decent British curry after spending 2 years in America, so I phoned Cardamom takeaway, situated 2 minutes from my girlfriends flat on Easter road. After looking forward to a curry for so long, I couldn’t have been more DISAPPOINTED !! The food was COLD and UNDERCOOKED when it FINALLY arrived, and it was full of RAW chilli powder !! Urgh !! DISGUSTING !! I would think the chef should go to some sort of cooking class., or this establishment will soon go out of business. Don’t waste your money at this dump..

I popped in to the restaurant to order my food. I asked for a delivery. I live just around the corner but I was knackered after work. THe guy told me ‘It will take 30 minutes’. After an hour I phoned and I asked about my food. Apparently the driver found the flat but there was no one home ( apart from hungry guys waiting for their food) I wasn’t happy with the service and I requested a refund. The manager started arguing with me. He was extremely rude. They know nothing about customer service. Well I know about the customer services provided in India, but I live in Europe and I don’t expect the manager to start a fight with the customer. Anyway after 30 minutes of arguing with the guy we decided to accept our food. The food was good. Delicious I must say but the customer service crap ! I will never order any food from this take-away anymore.
