I had an appointment for a massage booked today with Kirsty at Timeless Beauty for 1pm, I turned up for the appointment having to wait outside for 20minutes in the cold and then being let in by the builder to be told there was no-one there. I am not impressed and very annoyed as I have wasted an afternoon. I had an email at the weekend confirming my appointment and a text in the morning. I would not recommend this salon.

I will NEVER send  my wife back to Kirsty ever again  . I had bought a voucher from groupon that was for my wife 30th birthday .

I had booked the appointment  for 10.00am 1/12/12 . We arrived at the place bang on 10.00am and the place looked closed .My wife waited for 25 minutes out in the freezing cold wondering if the time and date was right .
It was right and eventually Kirsty came out and opened the door  . I understand that Kirsty works by her self but there should have been some sort on sign stating what was going on or even a phone call to say that she was running late.

Once my wife was  in the place she felt it was very rushed  for the hot stone massage that she received  .It was meant to be up to an hour but my wife felt it was only 35 /40 munites . My wife even said "Kirsty even did not do  all the areas that she was going to do".
Even the areas that Kirsty did do where not done right my wife said . My wife knows this, because she was a beauty therapist and practised for over 6years.

I am wondereing if my wife would have been treated better if i had paid the full price instead of getting a groupon voucher !!!!!

You have really disappointed me Kirsty and you have ruined one of my wife's  gifts for her 30th birthday.

I cannot believe the quite appalling treatment myself and my friend have received at this salon.

We purchased vouchers via an on-line offer with a view to returning should it be reasonable. We made three separate appointments for our treatments- for the first, the owner never turned up and we were left standing outside in the rain. There was no apology so we made the second appointment-on that occasion the owner cancelled us with half an hour's notice, citing sudden "illness" as a reason. We therefore made a third appointment, for the day before the expiry of the voucher. Perhaps unsurprisingly the owner informed us that there was "no record" of the appointments and we could not be seen that day-therefore rendering the voucher unredeemable.

Please never darken the doors of this business!

I had a massage and manicure which i booked using a kgb deal. It was an ok experience but I did feel like my massage, even for a half hour one, was very short and came out of the experience thinking: ‘Was that it?’ I went with my mum who really enjoyed her massage and she thinks I had less time but who knows. We received polite service and it was nice not to feel rushed or anything like that but did feel very short and that’s the only thing that would make me reluctant to go back.

I would recommend Timeless Beauty to all and will definitely be back. After having a Vain-T spray tan (which was even, dried quickly and gave a gorgeous natural looking colour) I then had my nails done. The therapist did not rush me in getting ready and made me feel fully relaxed. She took time to go over details about the nail products and brands that I could choose from as I have only just started getting my nails done. In the end I chose to have gel nails by ‘Harmony’ which lasted me 3 weeks. I would normally use Fake Bake tan but people commented on how healthy I was looking instead of asking what tan I use and so I will now only use the Vain-T, which came off gradually and evenly over 2 weeks. I have already booked my next appointment because from start to finish I received first class service and felt welcome in the salon. My sister loves the tan that I have now started using and came in for the same tan aswell as Shellac nails. She was also impressed with the service and feels that the cost is very reasonable and inexpensive so will be back too! A definite 5 stars from me!

Absolutely shocking way to run a business. Stood outside the salon TWICE after booking an appointment, just for nobody to turn up. Told the first time that the therapist had not bothered to turn up that day and the second time that somebody had double booked me. Once is a mistake, twice is a disgrace. Have had my time completely wasted. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Re: Timeless Beauty Therapy

Best hot stone massage I’ve ever had. I also added a facial, manicure and pedicure. What better way of relaxing after the stresses of Christmas and New Year. I’ve already booked back in for both myself and daughter.

I found Kirsty both Excellent and professional at the job she does.

Wee done for getting your business up and running to this high quality standard over the past six months Kirsty.

All the beat for the coming year and will see you in the next few weeks.

Thanks once again.
