Receptionist very unfriendly. The "can't do" attitude is not helpful and I will not be using the company.

Failed to deliver ! Simple gutter cleaning job was left undone when vegetation growth was back within a month . Then failed to respond to any enquiries about the job - and NFRC were of no help. 100% dissatisfaction.

Compass Roofing Ltd is an excellent roof repair company. They came to our house and did a complete inspection, complete with captioned photos, gave a fair estimate, came out and did the work promptly, and sent another set of photos showing what they did. For roof repairs, these are my guys!

Although the manager seemed OK when quoting for the job, the workmen did a very shoddy job (two valley gutter replacements and rain gutter repairs). Had to get them back out not once but twice to fix really basic problems such as bent metalwork, sealant applied on top of moss and debris in the gutter and slipped slates caused by them. Workmen could barely communicate and didn’t follow even the simplest instructions.
Only found out about the poor job they did because I went up the scaffolding to have a look. I guess they thought I wouldn’t bother checking – which most people probably wouldn’t.
Would never use these guys again.
Since their work, have had to get another company in to fix the mess they left.
Reviews I have posted of them on other sites (e.g., Thompson Local) have been removed – clearly this company are aggressive about having negative reviews removed. That tells you all you need to know about them.

I would NOT recommend this company. The communication of the workman was very poor. The workman appeared rushed and didn't take care whilst on my roof. They left debris in the gutters and did not complete the job according to the quotation. I had to ring and get them back to complete the job properly. They then tried to tell me that they were going to come back the next day. If I didn't check the roof and the work - they would not have returned.
