Offered kittens when pet shops shouldn't be selling kittens very cocky staff
if the were ex vet staff I very doubt it as they'd be in a better job with better pay

Very abrupt when I called in, and I asked if they stocked frontline for dogs
she seemed more interested in gossiping with another girl and her son
not impressed will be going elsewhere in future

my true feedback was taken off at some point , freedom of speech here
i didnt receive very good service them after my gerbil died after just a week
about a year ago i still have her sister though

wonderful petstore, with staff that really care about pets, extremely knowledgable girls who know their stuff,
i attended a recent education evening and was very impressed with the way they offered advice and handling of animals with children.
The staff are all experianced in owning and wrking with animals, even exotic species, not to mention ex veterinary staff.

great pet shop i used the shop before i moved house and amstill using them staff will go out there way to get you what you want excellent.

This is my go to pet store, if I’m along visiting our vets (also on Granton Road). The staff and friendly and very knowledgeable about pet care and my little dog is always welcome, even getting a tasty treat when we’re leaving :-)

Really helpful, freindly staff. Animals kept clean and comfortable. Owner offers boarding services for small animals - my guinea pigs always came back happy, and once we got advice about a problem we hadn't identified. Good range of cat, dog and guinea pig stuff (at least) - food, leads, beds, bedding. A useful place to go for little questions when you don't need to go to the vet!

Great place. Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. They really care about animals unlike some other places. Have really good range of stock. I've got cats and guinea pigs and I get loads of different things there every time I go in.
