Very pleased with service my daughters received from rent locally. Thought it would be difficult for my daughter to obtain a tenancy due to her additional needs and the age of both my daughters , however Rent Locally were very understanding of her needs and fully explained everything to her ensuring she was given time to process details and feel happy with service before committing herself. Very non judgemental and anti- discriminatory which put daughters mind at ease. All staff i have had contact with have shown great customer service and kindness. This act of respect shown to my daughters have allowed them to move on independently knowing if any problems arise there is someone at end of phone to help. Very efficient service to date.

I found RentLocally to be a brilliant letting agent. As a first time tennant going it alone, they were very helpful and made all bills clear and easy to pay. My contact Rory was fantastic, very approachable and reliable. He was always there to assist, at just a phone call away. He was even very helpful when a fuse blew and as I was a lady living alone, I had no idea what to do! When I first moved in, a few bits of DIY needed to be done and it was done straight away - in the first week. When moving out, I received my deposit back straight away with no problems. If I was moving back to the area, I would definately rent with RentLocally again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have just rented out my first property through Rentlocally and from day one I have found their service totally hassle free.
Everything has been arranged so professionally and smoothly all i have had to do is hand over the keys to the property.
My property was rented in less than 2 week from going on the market!
I am so happy with the service that I have just marketed my 2nd property with them.
I woul have no hesitation in recommending Rentlocally!

My experience with RentLocally has been extremely positive so far.
A friend recommended them to me as he was pleased with the level of service they provided to tennents.
I have hired RentLocally to manage a let property.
The most professional service and personal attention that I have received from their staff in Edinburgh and West Lothian has been superb!
Although, RentLocally charge not the cheapest fees on the market - you really get what you pay for!
I have shopped around several property managers and RentLocally have quoted me the highest rent price for my property - and they actually delivered it! The fees they charge are easily covered with the suprlus from the rent gained from the property being quoted at the right market level and not based on some ad hoc average numbers.
Moreover, I was particularly impressed that the property had been let within the stated average period of 20 days! So the timing worked just right for me with the new tennents taking over from the old ones, which is important so the property does not stay empty.
In particular I appreciate the attention to detail and good care for various issues being resolved promtly.
I am quite happy how it goes so far and hope it continuous smoothly with managing the property for the duration of the let.

I have now been a a Landlord with Rentlocally long enough to be able to highly recommend them. I have met many of the Edinburgh team and have been impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They clearly work as a cohesive team. Although their general service is very good , its their performance when things go wrong that has impressed me most. Properties do have technical problems from time to time and sometimes Tenants dont best match properties. Ive experienced both and Rentlocally do their utmost to rectify problems. I have used other agents so I do have comparative experiences.

I have been very disappointed with RentLocally and would seriously advice any prospective tenants and home owners to think carefully before using them. We have only been using them for the last few months and they provide terrible service. A month into entering the contract with them they raised their rates. Next, they charged us ~£200 for an urgent repair in the house without taking our permission. Now, they say they wouldn't refund us although we have signed the contract that they must take our permission before carrying out any repairs more than £75. They also charged us over £100 tax each month even though we filled non resident landlord form. They wouldn't refund us the tax. Our enquiries on any matter keep getting shunted from one person to another.
Please DON'T USE THEM. If I could I would fire them this very moment.

I dont generally post any reviews or comments on anybody or any firm. But, After receving such an amazing and friendly service from Rentlocally, I would like to give them the due credit by writing this review for them and I would definitely recommed to my friends. I have alreday recommended for so many of my friends.
I live in Edinburgh and I got the flat for rent from Rent Locally in 2011 and the Manager was Liz Currie.
Liz currie was so caring, responsive, happy to help anytime, very proactive in fixing the issues and questions whichever were raised by us.I am living in the same property for more than one year, I just love the agency and thier service.
The Other colleagues from rent loaclly are also very helpful, good in fixing the problems in time without any delay and issues.
I am really proud to have the flat from them and will love to take the flat from Rent locally even If I move to another city.
Kudos to Rent locally team and Keep going with your excellent service guys...!!!
