I have been using Technik since they first opened and have had my hair done by Chris for over thirty years and never been disappointed.
The stylists are first class, the staff always pleasant and Chris and partners run an excellent business.
Long may they continue.

I had a good experience here, and a GREAT haircut.
The space is cozy and bustling and everyone was very friendly.
I had a junior stylist so the cut took a while and she wasn’t too happy about a restyle, not a trim. However, her trainer came by which really reassured me, and she ended doing a very good job.
I also found it pretty reasonably priced.

I have been going to this salon for over five years and I love it. I go to Kari who is highly skilled and a lovely person. I have recommended this salon to my friends and even my Mum goes when she visits from the US. If you want a great salon and a great stylist, I recommend Technik and Kari.

This is literally the best salon in Edinburgh! I would go no where else. The salon is friendly and professional and the staff show the highest level of client care I have witnessed. Their prices are amazing and they are all highly skilled hairdressers. I normally get Emma to do my hair extensions and colour and they are always incredible I would trust no one else with my hair. I have been coming to the salon for 8 yrs and now have my mum going to. Would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going to Technik for over 12 years. Usually had Emma doing my hair but if she’s been away have had great cuts from Nadine, Lisa and Carrie too. My sis gets Gary to do hers and always delighted too!
They are attentive, professional and there’s a really nice atmosphere as it’s run rather like an extended family who really enjoy what they do.

I went to this salon as one one of the stylists had some recommended. I have found it difficult to find a stylist that I trust completely, but on this occasion I was in luck! Nadine was just brilliant, she is obviously excellent at her job and did a fantastic and professional job on my cut and colour. The juniors are friendly and efficient, and keen to learn in what appears to be a very supportive training environment. I am so glad to have finally found a salon I can trust and not be scared of getting my hair cut!

I have been going to Technik for more years than I can remember. I have tried other hairdressers but keep going back! I have had my hair done by a number of the hairdressers and have been equally pleased with each one. Highly recommend it.
