FRASER Frank (Edinburgh) Peacefully, at the Western General Hospital, on July 6, 2012, sad loss of a dear brother and friend to Bernie. Service at Mortonhall Crematorium Pentland Chapel, on Thursday, July 12, at 12.30 pm. No flowers. Informal dress. Donations, on retiral, if desired.
