CHILDS Edith Winifred Frances (nee Kirkwood) (Edinburgh) Peacefully, at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, on August 8, 2012, Edith (Winnie) Childs, (ex WAAF and Eastern General Hospital), much loved mother of Shelagh, mother-in-law of Michael, loving grandma to Nikki, Vanessa and Michael, great-gran to Callum, Lucy and Katie, and dear sister of Frank and Ruby. A service to celebrate Winnie’s life will be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Pentland Chapel, on Tuesday, August 14, at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
