CLEMENT Atsuko would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their thoughtful expressions of sympathy. Also all who contributed to and attended both services, and donated so generously to Bill's chosen charities. Special heartfelt appreciation to all doctors, nurses and carers for their excellent care and support, and to everyone involved with funeral arrangements.
