City 'ignored' car complaints

EDINBURGH City Council was found to have virtually ignored years of complaints by a man whose garage was blocked by abandoned vehicles.
The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman upheld a complaint about the council's failure to take action.

The ombudsman found that the council had not handled his complaints well and failed to properly conclude their enquiries. It has been ordered to apologise.

What money was there for the council if they dealt with this problem? If the answer is none then that will dictate the level of importance placed on the problem by the council.
