Kirkliston rink exits Ayr show

The major upset on day two of the Bowls Scotland National Championships saw the star studded Kirkliston rink of Steven Forrest, Greg Logan, Mark Allison, and Neil Speirs make a first-round exit in the Fours.

The ladies of London Road Foundry – skipped by Ann McCaskell – beat Wishaw 16-10 but the rink of Marion Dickson of Bainfield was nipped 15-14 by Whitburn.
