Treacle aims to mix it up

THE only Capital bar holding a cocktail demonstration in the drinks theatre at this weekend’s Foodies Festival is making its final preparations.

Staff from Treacle, in Broughton Street, will be showing off their skills at Inverleith Park at 5.30pm today, tomorrow and Sunday.

Josh Ramsey, general manager of Treacle, said: “We are really excited to be involved in Foodies for the second year running.

“The cocktails we will be demonstrating are really summery and refreshing so hopefully the weather stays as nice as it has been.”
