A RANGE of Midlothian food and drink was promoted at this year’s Foodies Festival.

Midlothian Council helped organise a Midlothian food and drink exhibition at the festival, which was held at Inverleith Park over the weekend.

The stand showcased four businesses in particular – Supernature and The Magic Teapot in Gorebridge, Crème de la Cupcake in Bonnyrigg, and MoBoJo’s from Roslin.

Councillor Peter de Vink said: “This year’s festival offered us the perfect opportunity to celebrate the excellence of Midlothian food and drink.”
