FORMER Death Row Scot Kenny Richey is desperate to come back to Scotland to finish his prison term.

Richey is serving three years in Ohio’s Lebanon Correctional Institution for threatening a judge. Now he has applied to be repatriated and bring girlfriend Karen Charves with him.

The 48-year-old was convicted in 1987 of an arson attack in Ohio in which a two-year-old girl died. A friend reportedly said: “He’s worried he’ll be attacked by inmates.”
