Police probe body find

POLICE are investigating after the body of a man was discovered in a garden in Kirkliston.

Officers were called to a property in the Kirkwood area of the village yesterday afternoon.

The man’s death is currently being treated as “unexplained”. Forensic teams have been carrying out investigations at the house.

A spokesman for Lothian and Borders Police said: “Inquiries are ongoing to identify the male and determine the circumstances surrounding his death, which is currently being treated as unexplained.”
