Police name crash victim

Police have named the 25-year-old Spaniard who died when a car overturned in Bathgate last week.

Raul Vazquez Escribano, of Glasgow Road in Camelon, Falkirk, originally from Madrid, was a passenger in a Volkswagen Passat which flipped onto its roof after hitting a tree on Thursday night.

Stuart Cunningham, 41 has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court  yesterday.
