Man steals red diesel

A SHERIFF has called for background reports on a man who stole “red diesel” from a golf course.

Stuart Cunningham, 41, from Falkirk, pleaded guilty to stealing 40 litres of agricultural diesel on June 28 from Bridgend and District Golf Club, near Linlithgow, West Lothian. It has not been recovered.

Sheriff Grahame Fleming deferred sentence for criminal justice social work reports at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday.
