Liddell bit
of history

A NEW exhibition on the life and times of one of Scotland’s greatest Olympic heroes has opened in Edinburgh in the run-up to 2012 Games in London.

The exhibition at the Eric Liddell Centre at Holy Corner commemorates the inspirational life of the eponymous athlete, the 1924 400m Olympic gold and 200m Olympic bronze medallist who was portrayed in the Oscar-winning film Chariots of Fire, now re-released in the cinema.
