Job loss led to drugs relapse

A MAN who kicked his heroin habit after years of addiction went back to “dabbling with drugs” after he lost his job.

Greig Lawrence, 30, claimed he was “clean” again after seeking help from West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Service.

At Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday, Lawrence, of Bathgate, West Lothian, pleaded guilty to possessing heroin in the town’s Whitburn Road on March 13 and was fined £75 by Sheriff Pamela Bowman.
