Haggis cakes for tourists

the Hilton Hotel at Edinburgh Airport is welcoming visitors to the Capital with Scotland’s national dish in
cupcake form.

Specially created by the hotel’s sous chef Paul Ritchie, the cupcake will have all the classic ingredients of haggis, neeps and tatties and will give visitors a bite-sized taste of traditional Scotland.

Mr Ritchie said, “The haggis cupcake was created to celebrate the start of the Edinburgh Festival and is a fun and tasty way of introducing thousands of international visitors to haggis, neeps and tatties.”
