Group cooks up recipe aid

THE Armadale Together for Health group has teamed up with the local Scotmid to produce recipe cards for the store.

Recipes are needed for soups, main courses, lunches and desserts. Residents whose recipes are chosen will have a photo of themselves and their dish featured on the cards.

The ingredients should be inexpensive and purchased locally, with the dish being healthy and simple to make.

Recipes can be dropped into the Armadale Together for Health office at Armadale Community Centre, or handed in at the store.
