Fur flies at cycling event

MORE than 9000 people recently saddled up to take part in the Pedal for Scotland cycle between Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Thousands of cyclists joined record breaker Mark Beaumont to tackle the 47–mile ride.

The event, now in its 14th year, is organised by Cycling Scotland to encourage people to make everyday journeys by bike.
