Chef Mattia Camorani will be serving up some of his classics during a risotto masterclass at the award-winning Cucina restaurant at Hotel Missoni Edinburgh, on George VI Bridge, on Wednesday.

Teaming some of his family’s traditional cooking methods with his flair for modern Italian cuisine, Chef Mattia will deliver an easy, informative step-by-step demonstration to take your cooking to the next level and give you the confidence to create the traditional Italian dish at home.

You will be greeted with prosecco and canapés before Mattia takes you through a one-hour masterclass on creating the perfect Italian classic, risotto bianco.

For £25 you can meet Mattia, ask questions and sample his risotto, as well as the prosecco and canapés.
