Flats plan for empty plot

A DEVELOPER is set to build 16 new flats in a Lothian town under plans submitted to council chiefs.

Timberlane Developments Ltd put forward proposals to create the flats along with parking space on land at Kellie Road in Dunbar.

The land is currently a vacant residential site.

The plans, which were by submitted by the Dunbar-based firm in March, are set to be considered by East Lothian Council at a future meeting.
