Events firm steps in to delegate task

A CONFERENCE and events firm in the city has launched a delegate management service.

Edinburgh First hosts events at venues across the city and organises meeting spaces and lighting as well as audio and accommodation.

Now, Edinburgh First is offering a new delegate management service, which includes an event manager who will create an online registration site, assist with planning registration timescales, maintain a delegate database with the aim to reduce operational costs for event organisers.

Sarah Jane Johnston, conference and events team manager, said: “We have launched this new service to increase our flexible approach in assisting event organisers. With Edinburgh First’s expertise, there will ultimately be more time for the organisers to look after their guests and attract more delegates.”
