Author to launch book

Crime author Lin Anderson will launch her latest book, Picture Her Dead, at Blackwell’s bookshop in South Bridge tonight.

It is the eighth novel in the series following the exploits of forensic scientist Rhona MacLeod, as she investigates the disappearance of art student Jude Evans while on a photographic visit to a derelict Glasgow cinema.

Ms Anderson will talk about her writing at the event, which is ticketed but free. Tickets are available from the front desk at the shop.
