Army wives sing in store

SHOPPERS were today being entertained by the choir of army wives and girlfriends who reached number one in the pop charts with a song to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

The Catterick Garrison Military WAGS choir is in the Capital to help the Edinburgh Garrison ladies set up their own group.

The performances, in the children’s department of John Lewis at 11.30am and 12.45pm, were raising funds to cover their trip.
