Drunk upset A&E patients

A DRUNK woman upset other patients in an accident and emergency unit by shouting and swearing.

The exploits of Angela Finnigan, 42, landed her in the dock at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday. Finnigan, of Uphall, West Lothian, appeared on bail after being arrested at St John’s Hospital, Livingston, on May 4.

She pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening and abusive manner likely to cause fear and alarm. A not-guilty plea to assaulting Pc Greig Muir by kicking and scratching him and trying to bite him was accepted.
