STROLLERS took the lead early when Spartans failed to clear their lines and Stewart O’Neill slotted 
the ball past the advancing Chris Flockhart.

Prolific goal scorer Keith McLeod then levelled it when he was left unmarked in the box. Strollers didn’t learn their lesson and, a few minutes later, McLeod was again left unmarked in the box and he smashed the ball home.

Paul Scales then converted a penalty to bring Strollers level.

Spartans went back in front when Daniel McAleavy lunged into challenge and fouled Sean Wringe and a penalty was given, McLeod stepping up to fire home for his hat-trick. With time running out it looked like Spartans would take the spoils, however, they didn’t clear from a corner and the ball was played back across goal for Aitchison to head home from close 
range.
