Jury told of sex boast
A NIGERIAN man on trial for rape denied that he’d had sex with his alleged victim minutes after boasting in his native language that he had.
Kazim Kadiri’s friend Bola Sodimu said that he saw the accused make a “macho” gesture as he bragged about his sexual conquest. But when the woman’s friend quizzed Kadiri, he said nothing sexual had happened. Kadiri, 38, denies raping the woman in Livingston, on November 7 2010. He has lodged a special defence that sex was consensual. The trial continues
