Cider stars at US show
A LOTHIAN brewer is hoping to see its product become one of the top-ten ciders in the US, after the drink proved a huge hit at a recent festival.
Dunbar’s Thistly Cross Cider was among products on display at the Alaskan Beer Week recently, and after a glowing reception the company believes it will take off.
Peter Stuart, co-founder of Thistly Cross, said: “We feel confident that within six months Thistly Cross will be right up there.
“One guy at Alaska Beer Week had a Thistly Cross birthday party because he loved it so much.”
